190 Series Oil Free Compressor
A cost effective range of single, twin or four cylinder single-stage reciprocating compressors. The use of carbon rings in a chrome lined cylinder gives completely oil free delivery, Air cooling is a standard feature but some water cooled options are available. Low piston speeds promote quiet running, better volumetric efficiency and increased wear life. Running at speeds from 500 – 1000 rpm, free air delivery up to 130 scfm (221 m3/hr) is obtainable in operating pressure ranges between 60 and 125 psig (4.0-8.4 bar). Power requirements are from 7.5 to 40hp (5.6 to 30kW). An efficient air blast cooler gives air discharge temperatures less the 10°C above ambient.
690 Series Oil Free Compressor
Top quality air for instrumentation and control, breathing air and other demanding applications is provided by this two-stage design. Dynamic balancing with vee construction gives smooth vibration-free running and high reliability. This range has found many uses in arid, hot, and marine environments where air cooling can be an advantage. Speeds from 500 to 1200 rpm give outputs to 240 scfm (403m3/hr); versions are available for operation at pressures from 60-150 psig (4-10 bar).
640/670 Series Oil Free Compressor
High pressure capability - up to 350 psig (24 bar) - is a main feature of the 670 series of two-stage twin and four cylinder compressors. The standard versions are air cooled but some water cooled options are available.
